Using the site

Vinyl Collection Hub provides articles and browser-based tools. You do not need an account to use them. Your browser communicates with the site host to request pages and files; hosting, security and network providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time and browser details. Their actual logging and retention depend on the deployed hosting configuration.

Collection manager and search

The collection manager keeps entries in the current page's browser memory, not in an account or persistent browser storage. Refreshing or leaving the page can erase them. CSV export is created on your device; save your own backup. Search terms appear in the page URL and may be retained in browser history and server or network logs.

Third-party resources

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires a request to Google. Links to external music resources and image sources take you to services with their own privacy practices. The site does not currently include advertising or analytics tags in its page code; hosting and future integrations may differ.
